How We Work
The last vendor said three months. It took fourteen.
AZTRA starts with a two-week assessment and reaches a working MVP in four weeks. You see results before you commit further.

Engagement Phases
What happens after the first call.
1 to 2 weeks
4 to 8 hours of your team's time
Phase 1: Assess
AZTRA runs a Decision Intelligence Readiness Assessment: mapping your current systems, data flows, and decision points. The goal is to understand what you have, find the quick wins, and identify where the largest value sits.
End of assessment
Delivered with the assessment findings
Phase 2: Plan
A Proposed Path to Decision Intelligence: a business value assessment that identifies which use case to start with, which quick win to target, and where the largest value sits over time. We give you a map, not a pitch.
Typically 4 weeks
For AURORA or Dovient. Custom engagements may vary.
Phase 3: Prove (MVP)
A mutually agreed use case based on the Proposed Path. End-to-end delivery of a single use case showing actual outcomes on your data, in your environment.
After MVP buy-in
Follows the Proposed Path
Phase 4: Scale
Expand scope based on what the MVP proved, following the Proposed Path.

Data Maturity Curve
Where are you today?
Most AZTRA clients start in the same place. Data in five systems. None of them talking to each other. Decisions made on instinct and spreadsheets because nothing gives the full picture. AZTRA picks you up wherever you are:
Click through each stage to assess your organisation's current maturity level.
“Our data is in five systems and none of them talk to each other.”
This is where most companies start. The first step is an orchestration layer that connects what you already have.
AZTRA has skin
in the game.
Where possible, AZTRA ties its pricing to the outcomes the engagement delivers. Improved margins, lower inventory costs, time given back to your team. If that saves you a million dollars, you pay a fraction of it.
Specific terms are scoped during the Plan phase based on the use case, the data, and what both sides agree success looks like. Not every engagement is structured this way, but it is how AZTRA prefers to work, and when the incentives line up, things tend to move faster.
AZTRA builds the orchestration layer on top of the platforms you already use.
